Hey—I’m sorry you’re dealing with a damaged delivery. Here’s exactly how the return and replacement process works if your street bench shows up damaged.
First, don’t assemble the bench and don’t throw away the packaging. Take clear photos of the damage, including the box, any broken parts, and the shipping label. Send those to our support team within 48 hours of delivery if possible. That keeps the claim clean with the freight carrier.
Once we verify the photos, we’ll offer one of two solutions: a free replacement for the damaged part or the full bench, or a full refund if you prefer. For most street benches, we won’t ask you to ship the damaged item back. We’ll either arrange a carrier pickup for large items or tell you to dispose of the damaged bench locally.
If you paid for shipping, that amount is refunded too when the damage is confirmed. Standard replacements ship within 1–3 business days for in-stock benches. Refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after approval.
If you can, have someone inspect the delivery when it arrives. If the outer carton looks badly crushed or punctured, write “damaged” on the delivery receipt before signing. That small step makes the return process much faster.
