Common Problems and Effective Solutions for urban benches

I’m replacing an old park bench—do you have the same measurements as the standard six-foot model?

Yes—most replacement park benches, including ours, are built to match the standard commercial six-foot footprint. The typical six-foot bench measures 72 inches in overall length. Seat height usually sits around 17–18 inches from the ground, seat depth runs about 18–20 inches, and total height with a backrest is roughly 30–33 inches. Armrest width and backrest pitch can vary slightly by manufacturer, but the main dimensions stay close enough for a direct swap.

If you are replacing an old bench on an existing concrete pad, the critical measurement is the mounting hole spacing. On many 72-inch benches, the mounting holes are set about 66 inches apart on center, but some brands run 64–68 inches. I would measure the bolt holes on your old frame before ordering. Also check whether your current bench has surface-mount feet or in-ground posts, because that changes the hardware and anchor position.

In short: yes, we carry a six-foot model with standard measurements. It should fit the same footprint and seat height range as your old bench. If you send the exact center-to-center mounting measurement or a photo of the old base, I can confirm whether it will match before you buy.
