Hey, I totally get it—sometimes a piece looks perfect online but feels different once it’s sitting on your porch or patio. Here’s the honest answer on our urban bench return policy.
You have 30 days from the delivery date to start a return. The bench needs to be in its original condition, which means no outdoor exposure, no scratches or stains, and ideally still in the original packaging or equivalent protective packaging. We also ask that you keep the hardware and assembly tools together.
If the bench arrived damaged or defective, we cover the return shipping and offer a full refund or replacement. If it’s simply a change of mind—say the color doesn’t match your space or the style isn’t right—we’ll still accept the return, but the return shipping cost may be deducted from your refund unless your order qualified for a free return promo.
To start a return, email or call our support team with your order number and a couple of photos of the bench. We’ll issue a return authorization and send you a prepaid label if applicable. Once the bench is received and inspected at our warehouse, refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. You’ll get a confirmation email as soon as it’s issued.
One practical tip: keep the packaging for at least a week or two after delivery. That way, if you open the box and realize the bench isn’t right, you won’t be scrambling to find a way to ship it back safely.
