For the powder coating on standard commercial outdoor benches, we offer a 3-year limited warranty against blistering, peeling, and flaking under normal outdoor conditions. If the finish shows abnormal fading or chalkiness beyond normal weathering within that period, that is covered as well. There are some honest caveats. The powder coating warranty does not cover surface damage from vandalism, graffiti removal chemicals, pressure washing at very close range, scratches, chips from impact, or abrasion. It also does not cover damage caused by mounting hardware, modifications, or improper installation. In coastal areas with heavy salt spray, we recommend our marine-grade powder coat option, which is covered by the same warranty when the bench is specified for that environment.
