Yes, we do! We sell individual replacement slats for our outdoor benches, so if one slat gets cracked, warped, or broken, you don’t have to replace the whole bench. It’s a straightforward fix, and we try to make the process as easy as possible.
Before ordering, grab a tape measure and note the length, width, and thickness of the old slat. If you can, measure the distance between the screw holes from center to center. That helps us match the exact part. If you have the model number from your bench, even better. If you’re not sure, send us a photo of the bench and the damaged slat, and our support team will help identify the right replacement.
Our replacement slats are available in the same materials and finishes we use on current benches—like cedar, acacia, and powder-coated metal, depending on the model. If your bench is older or the finish has faded, the new slat may look slightly fresher at first, but it will blend in as it weathers. We recommend sealing or oiling the new slat after installation to match the rest of the bench and extend its life.
Installation is usually simple. Remove the broken slat, clean the frame where the slat sits, and attach the new piece with stainless steel screws or bolts. If we include hardware with the replacement slat, use it. If not, you can reuse the existing hardware as long as it isn’t bent or corroded. Pre-drilling is a good idea on wood slats to prevent splitting.
Most in-stock replacement slats ship within one to two business days. Custom sizes or discontinued finishes can take a little longer, and we’ll always let you know the timeframe before you order.
If your bench is still under warranty and the slat failed because of a manufacturing defect, contact us before placing an order—we may be able to send the replacement at no charge. But for normal wear, accidental damage, or older benches, buying a single replacement slat is usually the most affordable option.
